This time, my excuse for slacking off is that, for some ungodly reason, I couldn’t remember my password to this site. That’s never a good thing, is it?
But good things came of such a trial.
- I kept on knitting. I can now actually make things. Unfortunately, I have a very short attention span, and I get bored with things halfway through them. So, rather than jumpers and gloves and fancy things, I make…clothes for toys.
- I watched a lot of TV. Along with getting overly excited about the new season of Life On Mars, we’ve been finally watching the final season of Alias) and falling in love with Ugly Betty. Which is probably going to bite us in the ass when…
- I’m going to Los Angeles for two weeks in March. Along with getting to see my family, I’m also going to hit the theme parks, the cheap thrift stores, and as many Mexican restaurants as my large self can fit into. Plus, it’s my 30th birthday while I’m there, so that’s going to be comedy hijinx.
The big thing, however, is this:
I’ve had katebolin.com for a few months now. I’ve spent some time figuring out what to do with it (all the while telling myself that, no, I can not just rip off Bryan Veloso), and it’s become, rather basically, an archive for articles or fiction that I write.
Not that exciting, but it’s nice. And I’m fond of it.
